follow well defined quality policy while manufacturing pharmaceutical
products in soft gel form. The policy is communicated and understood at

English and many other languages. It is also reviewed for continuing
suitability and meeting our set objective of presenting the high
quality products. Moreover, our policy comprises the following:- We manufacture and deliver softgelatin capsules in various dosage form to our customers / associates

Quality Assurance
We
take special care while manufacturing products in the form of soft gel
so that we could maintain high quality standards. This enables us
maintain uniformity in each dosage form & stability on long
storage. Our manufactured products confirm to all parameters of Indian
/ International Pharmacopoeia i.e. I.P./B.P./U.S.P., purity and
uniformity of contents. We observe G.M.P. and introduce products with
quality control assurance. We have our own in-house testing facilities
for almost products and few of the parameters are tested by prominent
laboratories that have been approved by Government of India. We have
separate section for formulating Hormones Preparations, Sterile
Products (Ophthalmic Ointments), Ayurvedic/Herbal & Food Products.
Robust Infrastructure
We
have robust infrastructure, which forms the backbone of our
organization. It is installed with world class imported soft gel lines
having highest precision which ensures production of leak proof
capsules. Our infrastructure is spread over 4000 square meter area with
well built up area over 60,000 sq. feet. It is backed by encapsulation
machinery with shemphared dies. There are six lines of 6” & 8” and
two Jumbo lines of 12” encapsulation with installed manufacturing
capacity of about 300 Million Capsules on monthly basis.
